Why was he "restoring" 72 blazers in the 80's?
They were still new...

Some interesting parts though.

The Black 2wd has been listed at least twice before. His prices might be a little too high.

the NOS stuff if pictured with the GM box, otherwise I'd ask. I'd bet the sheet metal is, but need to post a question to seller.

His prices do seem high. He'd get way more action if his reserves weren't set so high as well. Plus his shipping prices are brutal also. Plus, is it still wise to buy rubber gaskets that are 30 years old (brand new)?

Re: ATTN BLAZER OWNDER......check this out

In the 80s alot of these trucks already had rusdets, cracked dashpads and other vinyl/plastic,worn out front ends, damaged trim, butchered alterations by po,leaking seals, etc.I have alot of N.O.S.from back then, too.Towards the later 80s is when the truck restoration companies started scouring dealerships, cleaning them out of parts and bumping the cost up.Then came the repro.67-72 parts were starting to work their way in the listings in Early GM parts supplier`s catalogs in the 80s.
The weatherstrip should be fine, unless it`s been laid up against a window on the south side all this time.N.O.S. will always cost more.Like real estate, they don`t make it anymore.W/o reproduction,it would cost even more.I paid $125 for a little old Tool&Storage door in`84(N.O.S.)What would that be worth now?Wish I still had it.

Re: ATTN BLAZER OWNDER......check this out

the black blazer is a sweet ride, very nice i have seen it in person, its about 45 minutes from me, if you think this guy has parts you should see his buddies stash, he hasa 6 car garage all so full of options and low mile trucks, blazer, and n.o.s parts you can`t walk all this stuff is 67-72...
and he won`t sell anything.

Hey, jakeslim, are you going to try and buy the fenders? If so I will back off since you found this listing.
