They're not exactly cheap, but some of the repro parts companies sell stereos that fit the stock holes and look like a stock radio but wire up to a cd changer somewhere else in the truck. I don't know what the quality of em is like but that might stop thieves. If the hole hadn't already been cut in my truck when I bought it I think thats the route I'd take.
