Question Running Rough

My truck is running rough when I start it up in the mourning i know that all chevys are cold blooded but how can i get the idle to be better with out keeping my foot on the gas for 10 minutes?.

Do you have any kind of choke set up on your truck? If it is mechanical choke run a universal choke cable and that can help out. or if it is electric choke just wire it help and this should make a big difference during cold mornin start up.
