Rob, When you first posted a pic of your truck,I kept thinking someday mine would be running!!
Have you removed your springs to see how the hood fits the cowl and latches? When you have that the way you want it, then you attach the hood prop! The prop will not correct alingment problems but it removes the space at the back of the hood at the cowl and sits on the rubber strip and closes easier!
