weather striping
Ok I have no weather striping on my truck right now and I want to add some. I plan to paint the door jambs again so I was thinking about getting that snap on type weather striping. I heared some people talk about it but am not sure on what year and all that and if it seels good and the doors close normal and all that. I want to fix my heater soon but with out the weather striping I am freezing.
Also where is the best place to get it? LMC?

Re: weather striping
Don't mean to butt in here.... This is the 1st I've heard of the S10 weather strip fitting our trucks. Does it fit on the doors, or the jams? Do you have drill holes in the doors or the jams for this to fit?
Is there a FAQ on this?

Re: weather striping
The s-10 weather strip clips on to the lip that the stock strip glues to. If you get it out of an s-10 it'll be too short, but if you buy the replacement there will be enough to go around it. Granted this is all hearsay, but I've heard it from reputable sources.

Re: weather striping
Steve, the s-10 weatherstrip is awesome. It's ten times better quality than the original rubber and can be removed anytime you want and reapplied. No messy glue to deal with either!.
