Black air deflector under front bumper??
I got a air defector that goes under the front of the truck somewhere but just can not figure out where it bolts up to. Do not see anyplace under the front end for this. Can these be installed under our trucks if not from the factory already installed? Any pictures would really help. I won this on e-bay at a great price and would like to install it. Thanks

it was factory installed on my 82, look toward the back of the front bumper, it should have bolt holes in it

So it bolts to the bumper only?

Re: Black air deflector under front bumper??
I went and took some pics for you real quick.
http://slonaker.net/images/86swb_temp/ Mine probably looks a little longer (taller?) than yours. I wanted it to hang low, so I got one for a 4 wheel drive. The 2 wheel drive version is considerably shorter. Slonaker |

Re: Black air deflector under front bumper??
Buy some spring nuts from an auto parts dealer for 5/16 bolts and mount them onto the bumper holes at the bottom. The bolts go through the air dam piece and then thread into the spring nuts.
