Re: Need crank and water pump pulleys 87 V20

Hey crosby ,I have an 85 k5 and have had the same prob also with dealers.
anyway on the pulley situation the inner groove on the crank (close to the block) it drives the power steering pump only. The second groove out goes around the water pump pulley(inner groove) and ac unit and power steering pulley . and the the third goes around the outside groove of the water pump pulley and alt. This is assuming that the ac unit is on the driver side and alt on the pass and the power steering has a two groove pulley. If not two on the power steering then the second grooove will drive only the ac and water pump. Good luck and hope this helps.
