power steering fluid reservoir overflow

My truck died in the driveway the other day and I used a come-along to pull it back into the garage. While doing this, I was turning the wheels (engine off) to get the truck lined up to go in. After jockeying left/right a couple times, fluid started coming out the top of the power steering reservoir (about 1/4 cup or so). I've never seen that happen before. Is that normal?

Thanks,
Pete

Re: power steering fluid reservoir overflow

Fluid level is probably to high, it should be a few inches from the top.
