I'll try to take you some pics to show what we did. I am not gonna get real aggressive on paint and body till I beat on it and see if what we did is gonna work. We did away with the front bed panel and made a small frame and put aluminum around that frame! This had to be done because of the cage bars going through the back glass! The tailgate on my truck is molded to the bed sides! The front of the bed sides are actually bolted straight to the cab with 3 bolts on each side. The heads of the bolts are welded in so you just remove the nuts inside the cab and 2 bolts from the rear and the bed comes off with the Tubs. I'll probably pull the bed after I get the truck home to aid in wiring and plumbing! Kevin
