81 progerss
well with being off work the past week, i since removed the stepside box, replaced the rear springs and shackels with nice ones from the boneyard. also got the left rear cab corner, rocker and lower rear corner of the door all fixed up still need to do more sanding on them but getting there. Hopefully by next week i will getting to work on the other side and then get new wod in the bed. The truck is 3spd on the floor but i looking for the shift linkage to put it back on the column so if any one has any of these parts around and want to get rid of let me before pic of rocker

thanx guys im no pro body man but always learning new things a i do more projects. As far as my brothers and I we are not afraid to tackle new projects. over the past 5 years we had done work on my 56 chevy tk on an 81 2wd chassis, my 51 panel, 54 chevy tk, we redone a 61 willy's jeep, a 71 international scout and a 47 international kb-1. As soon as i get the 81 done in gonna be looking for another 47-59 chevy tk to do again
Southedisto if we were closer i would surely help ya out on your Jimmy boxrodz shifter is on the floor now i want to put it back on the column, I just like the clean look of the floor and thats why in looking for the shift linkage. Ill get pics of the door this week

made more progress on the truck got the rocker all done and dusted inthe whole door jam. even got the fuel tank cleaned out and so far so good no problems yet

as soon as i get over this dang headcold i will get back to working onthe truck and hoping to have the drivers side door back on and then start on the pasengers side which is only the cab corner and if i can come up w/ the cash i think im gonna lower it also. will get more pics when door is back on
