testing alternator
Whats the best way to test to see if your alternator is working correctily. I have a 71 350 with original alternator thanks dave

If you have a multi meter, measure the output of it while the truck is running. Or take it to AutoZone/Advance Auto Parts and have them check it out.

take it to any parts store and have them tested if its bad just get an alterantor off an 83 k-10 with internal reg 38.88 remen with life time free replacement at advance auto http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...d.php?t=119379
