Back of cab sheet metal panel even made?

Insurance has written me an estimate to fix the damage to my cab by replacing the entire back of it with a replacement panel. I was wondering if anyone knows for sure if this is or isn't actually produced? I could not find this anywhere online. I am talking about the metal basically from the rear window down to the bottom of the cab and the entire width of back of the cab.
I already checked Shermans with no luck. I was hoping that this was not produced forcing them to replace the entire cab...
Thanks for any help.
