1969 C10 307 v8 oil pressure switch
Can anyone tell me where the oil pressure switch is located on my 1969 C10 307 v8? My oil pressure has been running high and I want to swap out the old pressure sending unit with a new one. Motor runs fine no noise..so I am hoping it is just a bad switch.

I think it should be at the back of the intake on the driver's side. Pretty sure it screws into the block where the line would go if you had gauges.

thanks! I found it... it was right where you said. Found it the hard way though.....I disconected it and fired up the engine to see if the gauge did anything. It did not move...so I knew I remove the right connection.......Then I heard some leaking........oops...it is a manual gauge not electronic........oil al over the block and tranny! Oh well at least I found it. Thanks again.
