Should I save it or kill it, '71 Jimmy?

Found a '71GMC jimmy that can be mine for nothing. It is missing the engine, the front axle + springs, the interiour has seen better days, no major cancer in the rockerpanels or usual pplaces, front clip is in excellent condition, dash looks like rats slept on it and did some evil things. Passenger side door has rot around the door hinge. Pan is rusty, but has no cancer that I could see. Should I save it and fix it, or let it get crushed??

I would save it, but my wife says when it comes to these trucks I don't have the sense God gave a chicken ...

none of these (relatively) rot free california trucks should ever be crushed.
