i just got done swapping my inline six to a 350 in my 83. mine has a 350 trans . the mounts on the crossmember for the motor mounts need to be moved, but work for the 350. just need to be moved to a different set of holes. its not easy to get in there but it can be done. just need some patience. not sure if crossmember for trans needs to be moved. i made a custom crossmember for dual exhaust but the drveshaft will work. need to change exhaust. radiator will work but you will probably want to upgrade to a 3 core if you have a 2 core now like i did. your throttle cable will be waaaaay to long. i got a shorter one at advance auto for $12. the wiring to the alternator will also be too long. just need to shorten the wiring. i used crimp connectors and covered them with heat-shrink tubing . you will also need a fan shroud for a 350. the 350 is shorter and the fan doesnt go into the six cyl shroud. i think thats it. not too hard a swap.
