drop pitman arm

i have a 1968 chevy 3/4ton 4x4 with stock running gear. i put a 1984 chev. 4x4 steering box and pump on it since it didnt come stock with it. since then i installed a skyjacker 4'' lift kit. my question is , what is the best way to get the drag link at a better angle? who makes a drop pitman arm? thanks
