Question Need ideas on how to retract trailer tongue

Ok this is what I want to do. Take a short box fleet, trailing arm set up and make a trailer out of it. Put a Modified blazer top on it, bag the trailer so when you hit the tow trucks rear bags the trailer bags do the same.

Ok this is where I need help. I want to rig some sort of cantilever set-up to suck the trailer closer to the tow truck when not backing up or jocking around.
