I just posted problem I'm having with TBI on '95 'burb. It's on the '88~'98 board. If you know anything about injection, please take a look at it.

If I were working on it, I would not do any thing else before replacing the fuel filter with a new one.
If you still have the problem, check the fuel pressue at the injectors.
