step side vs fleet side!!!!!!

i have a 70 blazerpickup/ trazer what have you. anyways its a 104 inch wheelbace pickup. i have a choise between cutting down a step side bed or putting a head bord on the back half of the blazer body. i was thinking the fleet because there would be more bed space, but step sides are cool looking. the labor aside which one would you choose. by the way my blazer pickup has a 4 inch lift planning on getting Q78 swampers. it has a 12 bolt posi and a dana 44 open nuckle front end wosh will be getting a lock right locker soon. it has a 4 bolt 350 with a 4barrle carb and 3 inch dual exost. to top it off its a 4 speed truck. i just donno what type of bed to put on it. by the way this is my first truck and im only 16 and iv done all the work myself since i was 12. every one please put there 2 cents in on what bed you like and why.

im 16 too but i would go with the fleet side because its alot cleaner looking and easier to cut down to fit you 104" wheelbace, im trying to do the same to my long box fleet side and chop it into a short box. good luck with the truck. i got the 4 speed too, its top notch.

I went with the fleetside...This was a long box trimmed in front and behind wheel well...

72-stomper everytime I see your truck I drool!! super sharp truck!!! just one question, how are you going to get it out the garage? it looks taller than the garage door!
