Re: 15X8 back spacing

Im thinking about 285/70/15s on the rear, so I need to make sure the backspacing is the same. id consider 15X10s also if I know what backspacing will fit. John

a 285/70/15 will fit on your stepside with a factory 15x8 rally wheel

Re: 15X8 back spacing

I've measured them to be 4.25 inches backspacing.

That's tape measure from the back of the flange to the edge of the rim on the inside.

Re: 15X8 back spacing

15x8" ralleys are 4" bs (4.25~4.5 counting the lip & depending on how you measure).

You could go 15x9 w/a 4" or 15x10" w/a 5" bs using that 285/70. I would go 10's personally. I have 10's on the rear of mine w/5" bs & @ least 7" of drop.
