yes it does.

as for the 6.0 swap, FirstGen has done the swap. click on the link in my signature to go to the LS1tech thread where i'm mocking up a "FAQ" thread for my install. on the first page, there is a list of links. look at the post above the links for pics to his install - after that, go to the long link list - first link in the list is to his swap thread here, then if you look farther down there is a link to his A/C install thread here.
