I've been trying to get my 85 Blazer to start. I got spark adn gas but it seems to be flooding real easy and just turning over. Could it be the choke?? Any suggestions???

If you have the electric version of the GM QuadraJet it could be a stuck idle valve or broken float. Pull the plugs and put in new ones, or clean and flame heat the old ones, they may be saturated with fuel. Also the bores may be wetted down with fuel and will need to be purged and dried - cranking, blowing air in cylinders, add with some oil. Disconnect the choke if you think thats the problem, but you will have to manually work the carb during cold starts.
