new hood hinges and springs

I'm going to need new hood hinges or possibly just new springs for my truck. where does everyone go for the best fitting, cheap if possible, parts. i'll also need a spring removal tool.

As for the spring removal tool, GM show it as nothing more than a hook with a "T" handle. I don't know about a good source for the hinges.
