OPINION: Mechanical or body work first?

I'm in the process of building my 24x40 heated garage,so I will have ample heated space to work on in the winter. I have made my decision,as the majority has spoken. I will be doing the mechanical,performance parts first.

Billet grille
clear lights all around
new magnaflows
accel superstock coil
Edelbrock performer intake,carb,valve covers,air cleaner

when I run out of money, I will start doing body work
