Looking for '67 C10 Option Numbers

The Service Parts ID sheet that was in my truck originally was destroyed when the cab was repainted. I have one of those Repo labels, but am having trouble locating the part numbers. According to the original sales invoice, the truck had the following options:

Heavy Duty Rear Springs
Heavy Duty Clutch
Deluxe Heater
Wood Floor
Rear Step Bumper

The truck is a 1967 SWB C10 with inline 250 six and 3 speed column shifter.

Anyone know of a source for these option numbers?
