Pic Request for tranny linkage.....
I'm doing some major work on the truck, the tranny has been out for a while, my question is the linkage that shifts the tranny has a bar with a spring on it that mounts to the side of the frame. The bracket on the frame looks like a triangle with a hole in it, well what holds the spring from going through that hole? I'll try and post pics of what I'm talking about.....I just don't know what I'm missing?

Re: Pic Request for tranny linkage.....
There is a plastic bushing type piece. Its curved on one side and flat on the other. Im sure you can still get them maybe in the "HELP" section at the parts store. I can email you a picture if you need.
