I remember reading about this on another site...apparently the straps were sitting on the exhaust and melted. Thats what I read anyway. I see headers coming off the side, I'm guessing the exhaust runs back under the car to the back. Thats the only way I could see that happening.
Either way....that car must have stunk after the dyno operator shat his pants Mike
