We`ll See...Headman Elites/4spd Manual
I just ordered a set of Headman Elites fir my K/20 with a 4spd manual tranny. It`s the same situation 2 or 4wd,so don`t move this because it`s a 4wd.The Elites are ceramic-coated,have 3/8" flanges, and are 14ga.tubing.I will mount them on at my daughter`s house in the little city where the exhaust shop I use is located(Frederick,MD).I can drive to the shop (loudly) to get them to connect up to the 2 1/4" exhaust w/Walker TurboTubes already on the truck.I`m expecting to have to move one tab/arm on the z-bar to clear the driver side header,we`ll see.

Re: We`ll See...Headman Elites/4spd Manual
A buddy of mine used them on a c-10 and had to dent one of the tubes to clear a spark plug. Maybe k-20 will fit better.

Re: We`ll See...Headman Elites/4spd Manual
special-K,
You will love them. I'm assuming you got the ones with the ball joint fitting at the collector(no gaskets needed). They have a thick flange that won't warp which also means that gaskets will last a lot longer. Lemme know how they work out. B-dub |
