A good way to touch up chips in paint is to use a sharp nail, dip it in the paint so that there is a drop on the tip of the nail. Touch the nail in the center of the chip and let the drop run off the nail and into the chip to "fill in" the chipped area. It may take more than one time and you'll have to experiment with the size of the drop so you do not overfill the chip, but it works. Good luck
