69-72 blazer/jimmy rear seat hold down brackets

Hey guys, would anyone that has a set of the rear seat hold down brackets be interested in taking them to a machine shop or something and getting them reproduced? They are always missing (along with the rear seat) and nobody reproduces them yet. I would like to get my hands on a set, and I'm sure I'm not alone.

You could try subscribing and posting a WTB on the parts board for a used set. BTW if this turns into a buy/sell thread it's gonna have to go.

Re: 69-72 blazer/jimmy rear seat hold down brackets

Board member TonyP used to make them. I haven't seen him on the board in a couple years now though. He made them out of solid billet so they didn't look like the originals. I have a feeling he isn't making them anymore but you may check his user name or check on CK5 to see if he is still over there.

Have you guys tried talking to GMCPaul about this? He's pretty good at gettin pieces reproduced. I'd love to see more and more parts made aftermarket for these trucks so they'll stay on the roads forever.
