wipers removal

going to take the cowl off my 65 can't figure how to get the dang wipers off?

There is a small clip on the wiper arm that holds it onto the shaft. Use a small tool to pull the clip back and then wiggle the arm a bit while pulling upwards. They can be difficult but keep at it and it will release.

You can do it with a couple of screwdrivers, but it's a pain.
