6 lug rear disc brakes?

I have been thinking about trying a rear disc brake conversion on my truck and have read the related posts. It doesn't look too tough, but my truck has the 6 lugs. I have an ECE disc brake kit on the front, but can anyone point me to rotors that are six lug that would work with one of the conversions suggested? I.E. Camaro or Impala SS calipers.

If this works I might be willing to provide a print for the adaptor and even make some extra ones up for board members.

Thanks for the links, great information, and enough to do the job.

I really want to try making my own brackets, but the only bolt on 6 lug rotors I see are truck front rotors. Shouldn't the rear rotors be smaller, or will proper proportioning take care of this?

Anyone know of any other stock rotors that will work on the back with approprtiate calipers?

Im going to go out on a limb and say 4x4 front brake rotors. If I rember right they just slide on the hub right? Maybe that will work. Just a thought because I dont deal with 4x4's. You might ask around. The 4x4 guys should know.
