Re: Finally my own build thread!

Josh, the front looks great! Drop member goodness at it's best for sure. Hat's off to Nathan as well, perfect as always.

Those wheels look great too, mind if I ask what you spent on the powder job? I found a cool high gloss trans black powder that I am going to use if I end up running the Escalade wheels.

Hey Jimmy! I ended up paying $320 for the wheels to be powdercoated. I ordered a special color so i had to pay $40 for the powder and since i left the lip chrome there was alot of masking. The total came out to $380. It was a little high but i couldn't find anyone that would chance doing it. They were all scared that the chrome with discolor or pop. Well they were right. When he was sandblasting them some of the chrome lifted and he ended up buying me 2 new wheels. I was impressed that he didn't try and stiff me. The wheels aren't cheap. Normally i would think that it should have been $225-250. He did a beautiful job though. So i won't complain about the amount. Good luck and keep me posted on your progress. I saw your post that you got it all on air. LOOKS SWEET!!!!!!

Josh
