Early christmas present for my truck
This arrived today, its a breathable waterproof cover, not truck specific but it fits pretty well and will fit even better once I remove the stainless steel roll over bar that sticks up a few inches above the cab. its well made, has two door zips ( that don't quite match up wiith the doors but they're close, two webbing straps that go right the way underneath and snap on and I've also used some rope to tie two sets of loops to gether underneath front and back so it should stay put. I also need to remove the mirros to have them re-chromed so nows a good time and it'll fitr even better without them. Had to take the antenna off though.

Looks good Phil. You shouldn't have trouble with it as long as it is a breathable one..... If you have a string of good sunny days I think I would still take it off and let it air out underneath. Just a thought.... LockDoc

Re: Early christmas present for my truck
Yeah, I intend to, it had a good wash before it went on and I've put one of those chemical moisture traps in the cab to suck any condensation out of the air so hopefully it'll stay pretty dry, Its a shame I didn't have it the last couple of weeks as the weather has just been awful, some of the wettest on record for about two weeks, now its getting cold and its just very foggy. The cab had a lot of moisture inside with condensation on the inside of the roof (no headliner) and windscreen. I towelled the worst off and hopefully the moisture trap will get the rest and the cover will stop any more getting in.
