Post rear suspension questions

have a 72 3\4 ton trailling arm broke again.was wondering if anyone here knows if it is possible to put the rear end out of my 79 3\4 ton in this truck. springs hangers and all. can it be done? and is it a really hard swap to make? need this truck for pulling my horse trailer around. anyone help? thanks in advance.

you can take whole entire leaf rear out of a 64-up truck if you get the frame hangers and all. email for details
