Inspection stuff
I have a 78 El Camino SS that has been modified past what the "man" allows for inspections (visual bust). It would never even get to the dyno cause the powers that be have decided that if it's been modified it can't possibly be clean.
Since this is the case and it's gonna be another three months till the car turns 25 years old (at which time the Antique status can be obtained, negating anymore testing)....I am in a world of hurt for a sticker until Jan 03. Mine expires on Nov 30th....can anyone help?

It's got no smog equipment, chrome valve covers, chrome water neck, chrome air filter, Edelbrock intake and carb and the stock, but leaky exhaust that can't be fixed right away unfortunately.....in all fairness tot eh smog Nazis it probably wouldn't pass even if they hooked it up. Dallas is pretty stiff on the process....
