Welding frame holes

I am building a 68 c-10 and have a bare fram right now. It will get a c-notch and was wondering if anyone has pics of what frame holes could be weled shut for a cleaner appearance. It will be running a sbc/th350. and hopefully later a bbc/4l80e. So i am only thinking of holes that were never used and holes for things like the manual trans crossmember. I may just have to install the motor/trans to figure it out.

Re: Welding frame holes

If you are going to do that why not just box the frame and then drill new holes for only what you need. Just an idea.
