67 chevy compared to 67 gmc rear end

Have an eaton ho52...8 lug...coils trailing arms rear ect...found a 10 bolt 8 lug leaf springs rear...out of a between 67 to 72 gmc not quite sure the year...are width the same?...I know they make kits to change over...I beleave its a Dana 60?...is this possible in them year gmc's...want to put it under My 67 Chevy 3/4...Need taller gears...specs would be nice on gmc

It probably is a Dana 60. A Dana 60 with leaf springs is very common on '67-'69 GMC's. Width is the same, but as you probably know the mounting pads on the axle are completely different.

Thanks Bob...I beleive brothers sells a kit for mounting pads to put them on coil/trailing arm truck...
