what tempature sending unit do i need?
hey guys,
i'm converting my idiot dash to a guage dash and i need to install a temp sending unit in the head. would any of you happen to know a part number? i tried ordering one for a 69 chevy "what i got the dash out of" but it showed up as one that goes in the intake and i unfortunetly don't have room. thanks guys, ondrew |

where the sender unit goes makes no differance to the sensor, the thread should be the same.

it's not. the one that goes in the intake is allmost an inch across and the hole in the head is around 1/2in. there is a difference.
anyone? |
