where to get fuel pick up sock
Where can you get the mesh sock on the end of the fuel pickup tube inside the original fuel tank behind the seat tank in a 67 chevy?

Re: where to get fuel pick up sock
They arent avaliable seperately. It is integral to the unit but that doesnt mean you cant replace it. I took my sending unit down to the parts store and asked for all the socks they had in stock and just found 1 that was close. Bought it and cut its end off. I then zip tied it to the sender unit. Havent had any problems since doing it about 3 years ago. Hope this helps.
