That thing's pretty rare. Production was something like in the double digits, IIRC. I'd restore that BONE STOCK.

Re: 68 k-20 4x4 panel/ambulance

It was about 4 years ago when we last had a 4X4 panel show up here.

I'm guessing less than 50 of those were made. That one looks to be in very nice shape.

IIRC,around 250 4x4 panels were made in the 67-72 era.If you find one grab it,I would choose one over a original gen 1 2wd blazer any day

Re: 68 k-20 4x4 panel/ambulance

There was one for sale at Charlotte in the fall.4X4 4speed and 250 6 cyl.The paint was blue and was still off gassing.(You could smell it because it was so new)They had a price of $7,500.00 on it.Looked good inside but was just a panel not an Ambulance.I wish I had of had the $$$.

I`d insist we stop by the body shop to get that eye injury looked at before we got to the emergency room to deal with my injuries.

Thumbs up Re: 68 k-20 4x4 panel/ambulance

i posted on here a few years back about a 68 panel, 1/2 ton 4x4 that was in a wrecking yard here in the bay area. Bill at vintage chevy truck in fremont ended up buying it so it wouldn't get crushed. rare indeed.
