WTB 5 Lug Wheels/Tires - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

I am on the lookout for a decent set of 5 lug wheels and/or tires for my '70 project. I am partial to rallys and TT2s but am open to just about anything. Something between 15" and 20" in diameter and 8-10" wide would be preferable. If you have any and dont mind shipping them let me know. I live in NW Florida and would be willing to drive a few hours for the right set. Thanks in advance!

Well heres the deal. Im 4 months away from needing anything roadworthy for the '70 but since I need tires for the Blazer I was hoping to just buy a set now that I like and transfer them to the truck when it is ready. So I could live with just a set of tires but since i have the $$ set aside I thought I would go ahead and buy wheels as well. So the short of it is I am hoping to have something within a month or so.

Give me a call if you have something in mind.

Hey Bowtie, I'm headed for Lake City in a month and a half to see pops get married(again)LOL~I have these for $400.00. They are 17 inch by 9.5wide Centerline Sabers. They are BNIB. Let me know, or I'll ship if you cover that. Let me know.

Thats mighty tempting man. I like the wheels but im not sure about putting a 9.5" wide on the front of the truck. Now if I could find a set of 7" wide to go with those I would be set. Let me do a bit of web searching to see if I can find some...will keep your offer in mind.

5.5 bolt pattern for Chevy truck~~not sure on backspacing--I'm not at home to check right now.

I believe it's 5" backspacing, look at the last pic~is that what the 5" R/S means??

Probably. They are two bolt patterns, if one is 5 X 5, what is the other?

Alright, here's the deal~I told Pops that I was selling my wheels and he said HE wanted them for his '84 longbed. I'm giving him the wheels. I kinda owe him for some help he gave me awhile back. Sorry for the trouble guys, but I'd feel bad if I don't give them to him for what he's done. I appreciate your understanding.

I have some brand new wheel vintiques vette ralleys with brand new BFG Radial T/A tires on 'em. 0 miles on them all.
