Just got a 327 for 30 buckS!!!!

Hey gents just bought a 68' 327 (2 bolt main) with 64cc chamber heads off this rich guy for 30 bucks , with and engine stand! I flipped it over and looked at the main caps, no spun bearings or anything! block is clean and still a nice peerty red. this guy had a 34 ford 2 door sedan sitting in a garrage that would make most of us drool, the garage was attached to a 2/2.5 million dollar house, suposily he is buddy buddy with boyd coddington, so I believe him when he said nothing is wrong with the motor he just wanted a crate... ohh by the way the 34 ford was fu**'n cherry, no joke it was perfect! ok so long story short I need an intake manifold for it not to mention some other stuff where do you all buy your engine parts parts? or even better anyone have some small block chevy parts lying around they want to sell me????

My uncle used to say, those deals are out there, the trick is to have the money when you run across them. You can find some good deals on ebay. I bought alot of external parts there when I was building up my 350.

You could try www.craigslist.com or www.summitracing.com or even visit a junk yard.. Any sbc stuff will bolt on... Get a manifold with an EGR vavle so you can keep the pinging down.. Yes and www.ebay.com .. Be careful with ebay and check out peoples feedback...
