Caddy stupid question

Can you get a Caddy coulmn in manual, as in without a column shift? I assume all of these cars come automatic, but am I wrong? After seeing the Caddy column in place, I am blown away, it looks too good to be true!

anyway IM thinkin you were refering to this




you will be happy to find out that this is actually a stock steering wheel for these trucks I have one on my 64 and its the original.
Which I thought I had a better pic of but dont you can kinda see it and I know its 100 % original I bought a 1 owner 1 ton and cut it up.

Really? That column looks sweet! My truck was butchered by a 16 year old I am pretty sure, but it had some sweet Kragen racing pedals and a wood grain steering wheel when I got it!
