Re: i need 3 wise men to answer 3 ?
1. That is the square hole for the Hand e-brake cable on 67 & 68 cabs.
[See pic of my 67 GMC] 2. Mine has not burned up yet. I'll shoot another pic of that area and re-post. 3. Buy a pair of 2.5 inch center dump Corvette ramhorns, they will add to the old-school look of of you engine. (Nice V-Covers ) Fitting headers on a 4x4 can be done, it's just a pain to find some that fit. |

1) parking brake cable.
2) yes it is close but I do not think it will burn. Can you reverse it to the inside of the cab? 3) looks right, headers may be an issue. 4) your welcome Kevin LFD Inc. Dam slow again! Last edited by Rokcrln; 02-25-2007 at 02:00 PM. |

Re: i need 3 wise men to answer 3 ?
it must be an early 69 cab, to have a 67/8 hole cause it also has the hole in the upper part of the firewall for the 69 e-brake too. reversing the boot is a good idea, didnt think of that. ill try it. thanks guys

I reversed my boot and it seemed to fit fine. Chris
