which bags work best?
Just wondering if anybody could give me some advise as to what size air bags to get for a stock setup (no strongarms)for the front and back. also what brands tend to be better than others. :confused I have a compressor/ tank setup all lined up so now all I need is the bags. thanx!!!

Re: which bags work best?
from what i have read, slam specialties RE7's work best for our trucks. I just purchased a set of 4, along with everything except the valves for my truck. I'm starting the install in a couple of weeks.

Re: which bags work best?
I should also say that a good place to get them is http://*****************/
they are $75 each there. One of the nice features these bags have that others do not, is that they have an internal bump stop. This means you can ride on them completely aired out. but, obviously you wouldn't want to do that going down the street. but, 5mph at a car show/cruise would probably be ok. they also do not have a "recommended" ride height. you can run them at whatever level works best for your setup. |
