Re: NOS seems to throw some people.....

I should put a 1950 chevy cab on ebay that has the optional flinstone style floor/drivetrain and optional no door for easy entrance and no windows for more airflow.

Do you ever get the urge to send guys like this a message letting them know they are idiots and then point them to the thread were we all are making fun of their stupidity?

Re: NOS seems to throw some people.....

dang, I NEVER KNEW discs were that RARE RARE RARE!!! They look just like the ones under MY truck! Maybe I can sell the axle for $10000000000000!!! Any takers???
And the engine looks like a rattle can rebuild... notice the orange fuel line? Or is that an ORIGINAL RARE ORANGE fuel line?? Surprised the belts and hoses aren't orange too...
This guy must be hoping someone who knows NOTHING will come along and BUY IT NOW for $2200. I'd offer $250 then walk.

Re: NOS seems to throw some people.....

I decided to email the guy about the truck - why not right? So I asked him about the grill, bumper, new driver side fender, dent in door, the rust, and if he was willing to go down in price. I also informed him that longbeds aren't that rare and disc brakes were standard. He replied with this:

"iam open to offers , the truck is sold as shown , I do have other parts avilable at auction an will have more to come , I have no further info on the vehicle then i have listed on auction

also vehicle is actually a c-20 3/4 ton but ebay does not provide a c-20 category"
