yeah the hardest part was cutting the "c" out of the huge piece of schedual 40 pipe

Prolly the strongest way to go.It may have been tough cuting that 1/4" pipe,but it saved you alot of other work.Nice idea.Very aesthetic.

Looks good but I would add a plate to teh inside of the frame as well. That is a large notch and the frame could use the extra help in that location.

its six inch diameter quarter inch sidewall.. called schedual 40... and i know people on here have done it without boxing the frame with plate... but i am thinking about boxing it... im not going to be running a trailer hitch or bumper though...
