One pc. drive for my SWB

Does any body know if there is a stock driveline that I can pickup at the wrecking yard that will fit in my 67 SWB w/ a 327 and TH400.

I remember one a while back about custom making one - guys taking out the carrier bearing. I don't remember a stock one fitting just right.

With V-8 engine in the Fwd Mts I think it is 60 " in length. If not I will also be buying cutting and welding some in a couple of weeks. Surely someone will confirm this.

I had mine made. $200 with ALL new parts and a garuntee. Works perfect.

Re: One pc. drive for my SWB

There are too many variables to say for certain the right length. It depends on which frame stands you're using and which length of tailshaft trans you have.

You need to measure your application to be sure you don't waste money on something that you can't use.
