second tank
I'm guessing the second gas tank on the burbs was a dealer add-on and not a factory option since it was not on my glove box SPID?

Re: second tank
I have wondered the same thing.. My burb has a large second tank and what looks like a factory switch on the dash to switch the gauge over and a manual switch on the floor for the tank.. the real odd thing is the factory fill tube has a "Y" welded onto it and I never know which tank will fill first

Re: second tank
my rear tank was removed(poor job) but I still have the switch on the dash and floor. I was thinking about putting it back to original, just wondering if it was since it is not on my SPID.

Re: second tank
My 72 C10 burb had the dual tanks in it. I believe they were dealer installed. Mine actually had 2 filler necks on it and they were mounted inside one of the aluminum doors found on the pickups with the saddletanks underbed. Mine had the switch on the floor next to the seat.
